About the role As a Technical Business Systems Analyst – Commercial Lending, you will make an impact by translating complex business requirements into actionable technical user stories that drive modernization efforts. You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services Consulting team and work collaboratively with product owners, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders. In this role, you will: Author detailed technical user stories and backlog items aligned to commercial lending modernization goals. Analyze and document business processes, API specifications, and data mapping between source and ACBS (target) systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and completeness of business system analysis (BSA) requirements. Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure delivery alignment. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure seamless integration across upstream and downstream applications. We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. These will help you succeed Experience working with FIS or similar vendors in lending modernization programs. Familiarity with ETL processes and data migration strategies. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner or PMI-ACP).
