Overview The IT Infrastructure Specialist at Tiffany & Co. serves as a key contributor to the stability, security, and efficiency of the company’s IT operations. This role is responsible for proactively maintaining and resolving issues within critical infrastructure, implementing new technologies, and collaborating closely with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless business operations. By providing expert support and enabling the adoption of innovative IT solutions, the specialist helps Tiffany & Co. scale its business, uphold high standards of customer service, and protect its brand reputation. Ultimately, the IT Infrastructure Specialist establishes the technical foundation necessary for the company to deliver exceptional service and achieve sustainable growth in a secure and reliable IT environment. Key Accountabilities Infrastructure Support and Maintenance Provide expert-level support for critical infrastructure incidents, including performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions. Proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and storage. Project Implementation and Upgrades Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of new infrastructure projects and upgrades. Lead or coordinate the migration, testing, and configuration of new infrastructure components. Participate in projects as required. Documentation and Process Management Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure systems, configurations, and procedures. Collaboration and Vendor Management Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., network, security, application development) and business partners to ensure seamless operations and successful project delivery.
