Position Summary Office Support (80%) * Represent Chaminade University in a professional and friendly manner * Execute data entry * Provide front office support * Greet persons entering the office determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort the visitors to specific destinations. * Operate campus telephone lines to answer, screen, or forward calls, this includes: providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments. * Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries * Maintain storage areas * Be service orientated by actively looking for ways to help staff and visitors Event Management (10%) * Assist with events and campus visits such as Silversword Preview Day, Admitted Student Day, New Student Orientation, Apo Haumana, open houses, and organization fairs * Escort individuals or groups around campus, on campus tours, or through places of interest. Physical Requirements Duties involve light work in an office and community setting and requires a minimum of physical effort with intermittent sitting, standing, climbing stairs, and walking inclines. Must be able to lift 20 pounds, walk the campus with ease, and have excellent motor skills. Must have finger dexterity. Must be able to communicate information and ideas so that others will understand.   VII.
