Im Auftrag einen Automotive-Konzerns aus der Rhein-Main Region suchen wir, eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit als Teamleiter Compliance (w/m/d).


Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Compliance-Teams sowie Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Aufbau, Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des unternehmensweiten Compliance-Management-Systems (CMS)
  • Beratung von Vorstand, Geschäftsführung und Fachbereichen zu regulatorischen und gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Compliance-Risiken, insbesondere im Kontext von Kartellrecht, Antikorruption, Exportkontrolle und Datenschutz
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen zur Stärkung der Compliance-Kultur im Unternehmen
  • Steuerung interner Untersuchungen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, externen Beratern und Wirtschaftsprüfern
  • Reporting an Geschäftsführung und Aufsichtsgremien sowie Weiterentwicklung von Richtlinien und Prozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Recht, Revision, Risikomanagement und Datenschutz


Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften mit beiden Staatsexamina (Volljurist/in) wünschenswert; alternativ vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Compliance-Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Compliance-Umfeld, idealerweise in der Automobil- oder produzierenden Industrie
  • Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert sowie die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu entwickeln und zu motivieren
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen (u. a. Kartellrecht, Antikorruption, Exportkontrolle, DSGVO)
  • Sicheres, überzeugendes Auftreten gegenüber Führungskräften und Gremien sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Eigenverantwortung und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
