Job Purpose

Responsible for end-to-end support to Head of Human Resources for effective functioning.


Key Accountabilities

  • Provide full support to the Head of Human Resource for effective functioning;
  • Establish a good working knowledge of DBS practices;
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information / documentation with appropriate discretion;
  • Adherence to DBS and regulatory policies.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment / Onboarding:

a) Interview scheduling; accuracy in preparation of compensation proposals & offer letters; updating of Hiring trackers, coordination with line managers & recruitment agencies.

b) Due diligence checks; P-file onboarding docs; People-Hub profile creation;

c) Joining formalities; visa coordination; medical enrollment; new hire acknowledgment on Job Description, Data Loss Prevention, The Way We Work; Onboarding checklists sign offs.

d) Headcount tracker and reporting;

e) Recruitment contracts TPRM requirements (collating data for CLMS upload).

  • Archiving; Data purge of electronic and physical files; record maintenance and reconciliation; sending physical files to archiving as per process.
  • Job description acknowledgments; Tracker updates and record maintenance
  • Trainings: Update of branch attendance records of local instructor led trainings.
  • Plan well-being activities and HR Branch events.
  • Update of organization charts
  • Assist in audit RFI collation of documents.
  • Assist on project Working on ADGM requirements, i.e. organize meetings; minutes; document management etc., as applicable.
  • UAT participation; provide support on ad-hoc jobs entrusted from time to time.
