The Role The Manager, Accounting will support the accounting team through timely accounting, reporting, and analysis for both the corporate function and Vantage’s operating assets. With key responsibilities for important assets, the Manager, Accounting is responsible for supporting the finance team by effectively managing day-to-day accounting and month-end close activities, as well as providing corporate and network stakeholders with timely, accurate, and meaningful financial reporting and analysis. Major Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and/or review accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare and/or review monthly operating financial statements, journal entries, and supporting working papers and reconciliations, including coordination with operational stakeholders to validate reporting accuracy Review information provided to Financial Reporting and FP&A teams for monthly financial and management reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness Ability to manage and oversee supervision of reporting team, including coaching, performance management and other people practices.
