Company Description
At TOMRA we are all about Clean Loop Recycling! Our reverse vending technology enables the collection of used drink containers to ensure that containers have the best chance of being turned back into containers again. It is part of a continuous recycling process which we call Clean Loop Recycling, to ensure that fewer resources are used, less energy is wasted, and containers do not end up in our oceans, streets, or landfill. We’re proud to be collecting containers across Australia, with over 320 collection points across NSW. In addition, we have state-of-the-art Recycling Centres in Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia, Victoria and Tasmania.
As a ‘Looper’ at TOMRA, you will be working amongst a team of people, who are very passionate about doing good for the environment and our community.
TOMRA is an equal opportunity employer, where we recognise the diversity of our workforce and community – be it on the basis of gender, age, culture, religion, language or personal circumstances. TOMRA is also committed to building on the perspectives, experience, knowledge and skills that this diversity brings to our organisation.

Join our busy VIC/Tas Team as a Network Coordinator, providing both strategic and administrative support to the business. Working closely with the General Manager, this role gathers, interprets, and presents detailed analysis of current and future activities designed to facilitate the strategic execution of the Vic/Tas business plan.
Positioned as a primary resource for local teams, this role will see you engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels to ensure a breadth of data is collected and reported to support the execution of operational and sale activities. Key elements of your remit will require you to assist business unit leaders with various reports, monitor financial risk related to revenue and spending, monitor and evaluate business performance relating to operational activity, safety and compliance, growth, and network availability.
This role will support the development of risk and opportunity models used to evaluate the viability of future scenarios, and present this information for evaluation by decision-makers to make more informed decisions on the direction of the Victorian and Tasmanian networks.
This role will be based at our Melbourne office currently located in Truganina, with flexibility to work from home.
