SUMMARY

As a Support Worker, you will be essential in delivering compassionate care and support to the individual . in her home and the community. QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in care settings, particularly in assisted living and clients home
• Strong background in patient care.
• Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans.
• Valid driving license for transportation needs.
• Skills in first aid, medication administration, and meal preparation.
• Ability to manage behavior and provide support in community and senior care environments.
