The FBI Security Division (SecD), Office of Security Operations (OSO) Private Sector Clearance Program (PSCP) oversees four programs in support of the Private Sector Engagement. The four programs are: Private Sector Clearances; One-Time Access (OTA) for Private Sector and State, Local and Trial Employees, and the Non-Paid Consultant Program (NPCP).
