We’re looking for a fierce and friendly Analyst, Business Operations to join our diverse & vibrant team. Rümi is a bright new member of the ATCO family and operates 3 lines of business under the Rümi umbrella: Rümi Products & Services, ATCOenergy and Blue Flame Kitchen.
The Analyst, Business Operations will play an active role in identifying issues, completing investigations, conducting analysis, drafting recommendations, and implementing changes. This role will make significant and long-lasting impacts to the organization by advancing our ability to run efficiently and effectively by strategically managing resources, standardizing and streamlining processes and seizing new opportunities.
Reporting to the Manager, Business Operations, this role will partner with all business units across Rumi to solve problems with high quality solutions that meet both the current and anticipated business needs. The Business Operations team is built of self-driven, eager to succeed individuals. We love the challenge of getting our hands dirty in any situation.

Analyze, understand and solve problems across multiple lines of business
Engage stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business to understand gaps, inefficiencies and issues in business processes.
Build and implement processes and operational procedures to support business strategy
Draft outlines, plans, and schedules to organize and implement changes
Contribute to brainstorming, planning, and execution of new and existing initiatives.
Forge strong relationships to create synergy within the organization
Complete regular investigations and audits of existing business processes and procedures
Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Draft and publish formal communications and notices to the business
Forge relationships and create synergy within the organization through constant communication with peers, managers and clients.
