What role will you play?
As an Associate Director, and Senior People & Culture Partner you will leverage your expertise in people, culture, engagement, talent, diversity and inclusion, reward and employee relations to support and coach business leaders on people matters across the employee life cycle.
Partnering with our award-winning Personal Banking and Banking Product & Treasury teams, you’ll identify opportunities and provide advice and tactical support to deliver divisional people activities, including alignment of performance, capability, talent and reward, through to business strategy; collaboration on business initiatives; input into Group-wide programs; as well as market-leading innovation, in collaboration with the broader People & Culture team.
You will play a key role in our technology transformation agenda, supporting our aspiration to be the #1 Digital Bank in Australia.
