Job Description Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort are looking for a reliable and hands-on Landscaper to join our Maintenance team on a casual basis. This role is essential in maintaining the presentation, safety, and overall appearance of the resort’s outdoor areas, ensuring our grounds consistently meet brand and guest expectations. Key Responsibilities Include: Maintain the presentation of all landscaped areas including gardens, lawns, pool surrounds, golf course surrounds, and common areas. Undertake general grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, fertilising, and gardening. Assist with irrigation system checks, basic maintenance, and monitoring. Support pool and spa servicing in line with safety and hygiene standards. Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any faults or maintenance requirements. Identify hazards and risks within outdoor areas and report in line with WHS procedures. Build professional and courteous relationships with guests, team members, and management. Shift Details (subject to change): Casual position Monday to Friday roster 6.00am until 2.30pm Occasional flexibility may be required to support operational needs Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance (resort or similar environment preferred).
