Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately coding vendor charges, reconciling invoices, and ensuring timely payment processing. You will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve discrepancies, assist with audits, and contribute to various special projects. This position is ideal for someone with strong accounts payable expertise, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple priorities. This role reports to the Corporate Controller and is based at our Austin, TX office. Responsibilities Accurately code vendor charges to accounts and cost centers by reviewing and analyzing invoices. Compare purchase orders, pricing, payment terms, and other details against invoices; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Reconcile vendor accounts by reviewing monthly statements and related transactions. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding account setup and invoice status. Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills in compliance with departmental procedures. Confirm credits are applied for outstanding memos. Participate in diverse projects and handle ad hoc assignments as needed. Support annual financial audits by working with external auditors during the year-end process. Essential Skills 8+ years of Accounts Payable experience and 3-5+ years in leadership/management roles. Expertise in accounts payable, invoice processing, purchase orders, month-end processes, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reconciliation. Experience in manufacturing, construction, and/or technology domains. Experience with Coupa, and NetSuite- Procore would be a plus. High tolerance for ambiguity and a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Work Environment The Accounts Payable Manager will report to the Corporate Controller. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring strategic partnerships with suppliers and effective system utilization. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Austin, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $72.00/hr.
