What we are looking for NextCare is looking for an experienced, motivated full cycle Accounts Payable Representative that likes to be challenged in a fast pace and high volume environment.   Responsibilities The Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for full cycle accounts payable functions. Ensures timely posting of invoices, expense reports and check request. Maintains accurate recording of invoices, GL coding and Expense report processing. Reviews work to ensure accuracy. Post invoices and ensures accuracy using DocuWare and Microsoft Great Plains. Prepares reports to other departments on monthly basis when needed.   How you will make an impact The  Accounts Payable Representative supports the organization with * Full cycle invoice processing, including obtaining approvals * Posting invoices using DocuWare and Microsoft Great Plains. * Sort and distribute incoming invoices on a daily basis from email and US mail * Posting of monthly ACH payments on a daily basis * Set up and maintain vendor records * Research statements, reconcile any invoice discrepancies/vendor contact if needed * Assist Accountants with month end closing when needed * Performs other related duties as assigned * Train new staff when needed   Essential Education, Experience and Skills: Education:  Minimum of High School or equivalent and some Accounting courses are a plus. Experience:  Minimum of 5 yrs. experience in a full cycle Accounts Payable Setting, Working knowledge of Excel, Word and 10 key by touch.   Skills: To be able to work in a high volume, fast pace environment and be able to coordinate timelines effectively. Superb attention to detail, strong communication, planning and organizational skills. The ability to multi-task and prioritize .Knowledge of Excel, Word and 10 key by touch.
