Key Responsibilities * Support the delivery of facilities management services across a diverse property portfolio. * Partner with the Contract Manager to maintain contract performance, service quality and financial outcomes. * Coordinate maintenance programs and service activities to support asset performance. * Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders. * Support contract governance, reporting and continuous improvement activities. * Oversee subcontractor engagement and compliance requirements. * Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial administration. * Support the preparation of scopes of work, contract documentation and client reporting. * Promote safe work practices and compliance with legislative and BGIS requirements. * Participate in regular travel across the NSW portfolio and a shared after-hours on-call roster. Education, Experience & Skills Essential * Experience within Facilities Management, Property Management or integrated service environments. * Experience supporting complex property or maintenance portfolios. * Understanding of contract management, subcontractor coordination and service delivery. * Financial awareness, including budgeting and cost management. * Knowledge of maintenance practices, CMMS platforms and compliance requirements. * Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a variety of activities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
