Build the ‘Contour Way’ of Project Management: Design and implement the lightweight, effective ‘Contour Playbook’ for project execution. You'll create the tools, templates, and rituals (including post-mortems) that fit our high-speed culture (not slow it down) and professionalise how we run cross-functional initiatives. Manage a Diverse Project Portfolio: Simultaneously own and execute a wide range of mission-critical projects from initial concept to final delivery - all the way from , to a marketing event establishing Contour’s presence internationally. Drive Tech & Digital Projects: Shepherd our new website launch, CRM enhancements, and internal tool rollouts, acting as the key liaison between our tech teams, marketing, and operational stakeholders.
