Ensure that vehicles for rent meet company standards for cleanliness, mechanical/body condition, and roadworthiness Ensure that returned vehicles are checked for body damage and report where necessary Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision. Developing and fostering a harmonious team environment through counselling and resolving conflicts and disciplinary issues in accordance with the guidelines in collaboration with the Airport & Operations Managers.
