Job Description The Business Readiness Manager will be working for Lifebroker and ensures technology and business change land well and deliver real value. This role focuses on making new systems and ways of working ready for use—supporting people through change so improvements are adopted smoothly and confidently. By bridging delivery teams and the Lifebroker business, the role helps turn investment into better experiences for advisers and customers. In this role you will: Lead the readiness and adoption of new systems and business changes across Lifebroker. Turn business requirements into clear, prioritised work that delivery teams can build and release.
