Working with Claims Manager, Manager, Team Manager, Team Leader, and Case Manager to identify key areas of improvement and implement strategies to address these areas Overseeing Front End Injury Management Function Managing Allianz Occupational Rehabilitation Provider Panel, including Panel performance, relationships & internal/external reporting Understanding key drivers involved in RTW and work with the Claims Manager, Team Manager and Claims Teams to implement strategies for improvement. Contributing to the development of the professional capability of the case managers through regular interactions aimed at case specific strategy awareness and development opportunities.
