RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver exceptional service and support for commercial lines insurance clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs and concerns. Advise clients on coverage options, policy changes, and risk management; provide clear recommendations and manage premium collections. Manage and maintain client accounts using Applied Epic, including documentation, policy updates, and proactive follow-up communication. Identify opportunities to round out accounts and cross-sell additional coverage to maximize value and earn commissions. Respond promptly to client and carrier requests, maintaining compliance and minimizing E&O risk. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 3 years’ of Commercial Lines experience. Valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty License Excellent communication skills with a talent for building strong client relationships. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficient in insurance agency management software, insurance rating tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Applied Epic experience is a plus! ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
