Overall, you’ll have a customer lens on every step of our customer journey and always seeking to improve our customer experience. What you’ll do Lead product management initiatives for consumer lending, ensuring they align with the organisation’s strategic objectives. Optimise customer journeys by improving origination processes and enhancing the overall customer experience. Develop and deliver acquisition strategies, driving growth through improved conversion and approval rates. Identify and implement process improvements, including enhancements to application forms and credit decision systems. Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparency and alignment across internal and external teams. Monitor KPIs and financial targets, using data-driven insights to guide decisions and achieve business outcomes.
