Description du poste Pour ce poste, vous contribuez activement à la qualité et à la fiabilité de la facturation ambulatoire. Vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du processus, en lien étroit avec les équipes médicales, soignantes et les partenaires externes. Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes : établir les factures des patient·e·s ambulatoires et assurer leur envoi dans les délais, traiter et justifier les refus de facturation auprès des assurances, répondre aux demandes et réclamations des patient·e·s ainsi que des assureurs, avec professionnalisme et sens du service, participer à l’évolution et à l’amélioration des formulaires de facturation en collaboration avec les médecins et les équipes soignantes, effectuer des contrôles réguliers et proposer des améliorations sur les prestations facturées, assurer la mise à jour des catalogues de prestations (TARDOC, physiothérapie, ergothérapie, laboratoire, etc.), établir les honoraires des médecins avec rigueur et précision Qualifications Vous disposez d’une formation commerciale reconnue et idéalement d’une solide expérience dans la facturation médicale, vous permettant de travailler de manière autonome et fiable.
