This Full-Time Contract position(8 months) within the Association is housed at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario’s Durham location in Sudbury. Under the leadership of the Manager of Day Camps & Community Development, the Team Lead – Day Camp is responsible for assisting with the planning and development of day camp programs and services according to YMCA policies, procedures, and standards and ensuring participant satisfaction. The Team Lead – Day Camp is an on-site lead and is required to maintain a positive relationship with the host site.
