You will be responsible for communications from L&G’s Group Management Committee to employees, and within our Group Senior Leadership Team, with a view to supporting our refreshed strategy and business goals. What you’ll be doing: Reporting to the Head of Employee Communications, you'll be driving and delivering communications plans that build trust and credibility in L&G’s senior leaders with employee audiences and in support of business priorities, and L&G’s transformation agenda Driving a global communications strategy that will engage our Global SLT, supporting their leadership as we look to transform L&G in support of our new refreshed strategy Establishing regular communications channels for this audience, leading the delivery of two events per year, and working closely with teams across HR and the Transformation Office to align content with key business priorities Business partnering with senior stakeholders across the business, planning, designing and implementing creative, impactful, and effective communications for the Group SLT, including Town Hall meetings, partnership meetings, presentations, emails, social media posts and videos that present a consistent narrative across our channels Working closely with colleagues from across Employee Communications, and Corporate Affairs, driving continuous improvement of Group wide processes, measurement and evaluation, editorial planning, and information sharing to strengthen cross divisional planning, collaboration, and strong internal relationships Partnering with the employee communications BPs and Content team to align messaging and content that is appropriate for cascade and dissemination to a wider audience.
