Job Description We are seeking Full -Time - Bar Barista to join our team and provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all of our lounge guests. All of our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service. Ensure that all responsible service of alcohol procedures are practiced at all times Prepare and serve beverages - make coffees and alcoholic drinks for guests Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders and answer any questions regarding the menu. Clean and sanitize equipment such as coffee machines and bar space. Maintain a clean work area, including countertops, seating areas, and barware. Follow health and safety guidelines. Ensures that all opening and closing procedures are carried out to an acceptable standard Assist team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operation Take responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames Participate in scheduled training and development programs provided by Accor Abide by the Accor policies in relations to equal employment opportunity and harassment in the workplace Create a culture of inclusion and diversity allowing all team members to Feel Welcome and Feel Valued Qualifications Hold a valid responsible service of alcohol (RSA) certificate/card Experienced in a similarly fast-paced, busy environment Experience in making coffees and alcoholic beverages A motivated personality is necessary, along with enthusiasm for all things food and drink Ability to work well autonomously and in a team Ability to assist on the floor if required Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, evenings and on weekends Ability to obtain Federal Police clearance to work in the restricted areas associated with the airport.
