Due to operational changes, we are looking for our next Part-Time Night-Auditor Job Description As Night Auditor, you will undertake the following duties: Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day Maintain accurate guest accounts Assist with night maintenance /cleaning and guest requests as needed Ensure all diary events, flats and specials are actioned Ensure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shifts Ensure security procedures are maintained according to policy Liaise closely with housekeeping on information relating to rooms and lost property Ensure guest registration forms are completed correctly Ensure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork is completed.
