Position Summary
The On-Call Bartender provides professional bar service during Club-hosted competitions, member events, and private facility rentals. This role requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of drink preparation, and the ability to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service to members and guests.
• Check identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Set up and break down bar areas for events.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels during service.
• Communicate effectively with event staff, catering, and management to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required (1+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, bar equipment, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, depending on event needs.

Schedule

• On-call position; scheduled for bartending shifts during Club competitions, member events, and private rentals.
• Shifts primarily take place evenings and weekends; hours vary based on event schedule.
