Als Front Office Agent bist Du die Visitenkarte unseres Hotels und trägst dazu bei, dass sich unsere Gäste vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlen. In Deiner Funktion bist Du Gastgeber und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf des gesamten Gastaufenthaltes. Du bist in alle Etappen des Gastempfangs eingebunden, von der Eröffnung des Gästekontos bis zur Abrechnung der erbrachten Leistungen.
