Der Gutshof Sagmühle wird seit 2019 von der Hoteliers-Familie Lidl geführt, die bereits seit 32 Jahren das renommierte Hotel Drei Quellen Therme in Bad Griesbach-Therme betreiben. Direkt am Golfplatz Sagmühle gelegen, verfügt der Gutshof Sagmühle über 24 Zimmer verschiedener Kategorien, einem urigen Restaurant und Stüberl, der wohl schönsten Terrasse im Rottal und einem Tagungsraum mit Blick ins Grüne. Hotelgäste starten am Morgen mit einem reichhaltigen und abwechslungsreichen Frühstück und können sich ganztags in unserem à la carte Restaurant verwöhnen lassen. Für unsere Küchencrew im Gutshof Sagmühle suchen wir zur Unterstützung eine/n KOCH/KÖCHIN (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Wir verwöhnen unsere Gäste mit unserer modern europäischen Küche mit vielen regionalen und saisonalen Gerichten, Kaffee und Kuchen und ausgesuchten Tagesspezialitäten. In unserem Restaurant verbinden wir Tradition mit Moderne und regionale mit saisonalen Produkten. Aufgaben Einsatz auf dem jeweils zugeteilten Küchenposten Zubereitung von Gerichten entsprechend dem aktuellen Speisenangebot Sorgfältige, fachgerechte Lagerung und Verwendung von Rohstoffen und Produkten Pflege, Kontrolle, kostenbewusster Einsatz und rechtzeitige Anforderung aller verwendeten Materialien Je nachdem wie kreativ Sie sind, Ausarbeitung neuer Gerichte in Zusammenarbeit mit der Küchenleitung Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und Hygienerichtlinien Ihr Einsatz erfolgt nach Dienstplan im Wechsel mit Kollegen innerhalb einer 5-Tage-Woche, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen, in der Regel im Durchdienst Qualifikation Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Köchin bzw.
