Responsibilities include and are not limited to: * Responsibility for overseeing receipt, issues and storage of inventory into the resort * Ensuring that processes for inventory management are in line with OHS, HACCP requirements and company policies and minimize risk/damage and stock loss * Completing required reporting and documentation as per department requirements * Maintain established maximum/minimum stock levels of all items under stores responsibility * Ensuring maintenance issues are reported to Purchasing Supervisor and / or Engineering * Issue inventory items from approved requisitions in accordance with issue timetable on a First In, First Out (F.I.F.O.) basis * Keep all storeroom areas at the highest level of sanitation and cleanliness in line with Marriott HACCP procedures * Preferred applicants must have valid working rights to work in Australia.
