We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. Working with our service and kitchen teams, you will combine warm, attentive service with an eye for efficiency and detail. Whether it’s guiding guests with recommendations at lunch or dinner, running our busy breakfast buffet service, or ensuring our functions and events run smoothly, you will help to transform our guest experiences into moments of delight. As a casual part time team member, you will be paid at the award rate of $25.85 per hour plus applicable casual loadings. You must have working rights in Australia to be considered for interview and student visa holders are welcome to apply. Job Description Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their dining needs. Take orders accurately, make recommendations, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages with attention to quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables. Collaborate with team members to handle guest requests and resolve any issues professionally. Adhere to hygiene and safety standards, including responsible service of alcohol Assist with event setups and functions in the conference suites and restaurant Deliver in-room dining orders What we are looking for Great communication skills, presentation and confidence to engage with guests A genuine interest in food and beverage as well as in our local Melbourne area Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team Experience in restaurant, bar service, and events is preferred - a passion for providing great guest service is what will really make you stand out!
