In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the presentation, functionality, and safety of all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities across Oaks Brisbane Lexicon Suites. Key Responsibilities Include: Undertake general property repairs and maintenance as required. Assist in the execution of the preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal property performance. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Provide induction and supervision of external contractors as required.
