What You’ll Be Doing Food and Beverage Service Greet and serve members and guests in a professional, friendly manner Take food and drink orders, process payments and deliver orders promptly Assist with bar service, including preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Clear and reset tables, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards Gaming Operations Assist patrons with gaming machine operations and payouts while adhering to responsible gambling guidelines Refill and clean gaming machines, ensuring smooth operations Monitor gaming areas for responsible gambling compliance in alignment with laws and club policies Provide guidance on the club's self-exclusion program and escalate issues as needed Take food and drink orders from gaming patrons, process payments and deliver orders promptly Cash Handling and Transactions Accurately handle cash, EFTPOS, and other forms of payment. Perform end-of-shift reconciliations and maintain transaction records.
