In this essential role, you will be responsible for the professional and cost-effective running of the Housekeeping department, with a focus on achieving high standards of cleanliness for guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, as an Executive Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include: Supervising and leading the housekeeping team, including hiring, training, and evaluating team performance. Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling team members, assigning tasks, and ensuring adequate coverage. Oversee inventory management, including ordering and replenishing cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment. Coordinate with other departments, such as Front Desk and Maintenance, to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly. Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Ensure that all housekeeping team members adhere to safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
