JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food environments.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Culinary experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

• Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems.
• Provide recommendations for food and beverages, upselling items to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment for guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and efficiently.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction during their visit.
