The ideal candidate should be focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working on their own initiative, with some knowledge of artisan dough handling and lamination preferred. While one year of experience in a viennoiserie setting is preferred, training will be provided, and Food Safety Level 2 or a Bakery NVQ Level 2 Diploma is beneficial.
