Onboarding Support Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth transitions from candidate to employee. Assist with background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation. Support orientation scheduling and preparation. Collaboration Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and create recruitment strategies. Compliance & Reporting Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
