Design and implement insightful, fit-for-purpose risk reporting aligned to HESTA’s Risk Management Framework and policies. Build impactful dashboards and reports that support key stakeholders—including the Executive team and Board. Transform complex data into clear, meaningful insights that identify emerging risks and strategic opportunities. Partner across the business to drive risk foresight, using data analytics (and emerging tools including AI) to stay ahead of the curve. Champion a culture of accountability by embedding clear, consistent risk reporting practices. Proven experience in a senior risk, data, or insights lead role—ideally in superannuation or financial services. Strong background in GRC systems (e.g. Archer, Protecht) and automation of reporting processes. Advanced skills in data extraction, reporting, transformation and visualisation using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Confidence developing and presenting insights to executive and board level stakeholders. Knowledge of risk frameworks, trend analysis, and regulatory context (e.g. APRA, ASIC) A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
