Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies that reflect organisational priorities, market trends and growth opportunities. Shape and strengthen EML’s brand positioning and messaging to support business growth and deepen customer engagement. Champion innovation across digital marketing, using emerging technologies, automation and data-driven insights to elevate performance across all channels. Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and meeting agreed KPIs. Manage content creation and creative development to maintain a consistent, high-quality brand presence across digital and print platforms. Track and analyse campaign and channel performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement. Optimise marketing operations through effective use of CRM systems, automation tools and analytics platforms.
