Le ou la titulaire de ce poste doit, tout particulièrement, transposer les besoins opérationnels en solutions optimisées en matière de GRC, garantir l’exactitude des données et favoriser l’adoption des solutions par les utilisateurs et utilisatrices, et ce, à l’appui du succès à long terme de l’organisation. PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS : • Diriger la mise en œuvre de bout en bout des modules de GRC dans le contexte du système de PRE, en veillant à ce que le tout s’harmonise avec les besoins opérationnels et les objectifs stratégiques. • Configurer les composants de GRC, personnaliser les flux de travail, les tableaux de bord et les outils de production de rapports, et valider les configurations grâce à des essais rigoureux et à des démarches d’assurance de la qualité. • Élaborer des scénarios d’essai, coordonner les essais d’acceptation par les utilisateurs et utilisatrices, régler les problèmes et intégrer les modules de GRC avec les autres modules du système de PRE afin de garantir un flux de données sans heurt et l’efficacité optimale. • Examiner les données actuelles sur la clientèle, créer et exécuter des plans de nettoyage des données, appliquer des normes de qualité des données et effectuer des vérifications avant et après la migration pour garantir l’exactitude des données. • Tenir à jour la documentation sur les activités de nettoyage et mettre en place des contrôles pour voir à l’intégrité et à la conformité continues des données. • Relever et atténuer les risques liés à la configuration des modules de GRC, à la migration des données et à l’adoption des solutions par les utilisateurs et utilisatrices; tenir un registre des risques et établir des plans d’urgence. • Agir à titre d’agent de liaison principal ou d’agente de liaison principale entre les intervenants du domaine opérationnel, les équipes techniques et les fournisseurs; animer les réunions, distribuer les ordres du jour et les rapports de situation, et faire part des calendriers, des risques et des dépendances. • Soutenir les initiatives de gestion du changement et, à cet égard, planifier des campagnes de communication, offrir des séances de formation et créer des documents destinés aux utilisateurs et utilisatrices afin de favoriser l’adoption des solutions. • Fournir une assistance continue après la mise en œuvre des modules de GRC, surveiller le rendement de ces modules, gérer l’apport d’améliorations et de mises à jour, et collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles et des technologies de l’information pour mettre en œuvre des améliorations. • Recueillir une rétroaction auprès des utilisateurs et utilisatrices, optimiser les flux de travail, voir à la conformité avec les normes organisationnelles et renforcer en permanence les capacités en matière de GRC. EXIGENCES : • Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, en technologies de l’information, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe. • La certification PMP (professionnel/professionnelle de la gestion de projet) est considérée comme un atout. • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans la mise en œuvre de systèmes de PRE, avec une expérience avérée en tant que responsable de projet ou titulaire d’un poste similaire (de préférence dans le cadre de projets de mise en œuvre de systèmes de PRE). • Compréhension des démarches d’intégration des modules de GRC avec les autres modules du système de PRE (finances, ressources humaines, chaîne d’approvisionnement) et avec les applications de tierces parties. • Expérience de la création de scénarios d’essai, de la réalisation d’essais d’acceptation par les utilisateurs et utilisatrices, ainsi que de la validation de configurations; capacité de cerner les causes de problèmes touchant le système, puis de régler ces problèmes, et ce, après la mise en œuvre. • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office, d’Outlook et de Teams. • Connaissance approfondie des systèmes de PRE (p. ex. Oracle Fusion, SAP) et des modules de GRC (p. ex.
