At HubSpot, our customers are at the core of everything we do. Their success stories are more than just testimonials about our products; they embody HubSpot’s mission to empower millions of organizations to grow better. As our products and offerings continue to evolve, we have a tremendous opportunity to tell our customers’ stories with more breadth, depth, and empathy than ever before.
The Customer Advocacy Team plays a critical role in bringing these stories to life. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Customer Storytelling, you will own and evolve the customer storytelling strategy, ensuring our most strategic customer stories are not only crafted but also effectively positioned, packaged, and activated across marketing, sales, and brand efforts.
This role is a unique opportunity for a product marketer with a bias for action, who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly to test and iterate, and is eager to push the boundaries of customer storytelling. You’ll bring deep expertise in positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy to a storytelling-focused role—helping integrate powerful customer proof into HubSpot’s GTM motions.
We’re looking for a motivated product marketer who seamlessly moves between high-level strategy and hands-on execution—defining the role of customer storytelling in HubSpot’s broader strategy, influencing cross-functional teams, and then rolling up their sleeves to bring those stories to life—all while ensuring storytelling remains deeply rooted in the customer’s voice and experience.
