You will manage a team of around 25 Disability Support Practitioners, supporting 29 clients living in CPA homes across Guildford, Chester Hill, Merrylands, Casula, Blacktown, Rooty Hill, and Ashfield. Reporting to the Lifestyles Senior Manager, you will lead teams of Disability Support Practitioners to deliver engaging, inclusive, and goal‑aligned supports in both home and community settings. You will be responsible for the full operational management of the service, “ensuring supports are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with client goals.” You will work closely with the Lifestyles GWS Leadership team, playing a pivotal role in reviewing existing services, driving continuous improvement, and shaping future opportunities across the Lifestyles portfolio.
