JOB DESCRIPTION:

Direct beach front, high profile and award winning cafe situated in Miami, is looking for an experienced Manager to lead our team.
This is a high energy, fun and friendly coffee outlet, located on the beach and is very popular with our local community. It is a great place to meet and enjoy the Gold Coast lifestyle.

The Manager role consists of the following duties;

  • Experience in a high paced environment
  • BOH duties - rostering, controlling cogs, labor costs, ordering, stocktake
  • Ability to train and mentor your team
  • Broad range of barista skills inc. specialty coffees
  • Pre -planning and time management - we can make upwards of 600+ coffees on any given day, along with a range of cafe style food options, smoothies and light snacks/meals
