About the role Conducting site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes, Be responsible for co-ordinating trades onsite Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to our high standards. Co-ordinate the relationships between various trades and ensure that sub-contractors carry work out safely and efficiently. Liaise with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner to maintain Alder’s strong reputation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to our high standards Participate in regular WHS inspections and injury/incident investigations and maintain a healthy and safe work environment. Ensure environmental controls are suitable and implemented, monitored and reviewed. Review, understand and have input to all subcontractor and supplier scope of works. Organise completion of defect works in a timely manner. Participate in lesson learnt sessions to continuously improve the performance of the overall company team.
