Your key responsibilities will include: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process and collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent. Provide coaching, support, and direction to the People & Culture Coordinator to ensure operational excellence across daily HR processes.
