The successful candidate will be experts in University systems, ensuring compliance with university process. Your key responsibilities will be to: manage the delivery of daily administration activities and services, providing guidance to colleagues on university processes, ensuring high quality, efficient administrative support is provided in a pro-active manner to staff resolve complex matters that may arise with discretion, tact and diplomacy when communicating, utilising extensive experience and knowledge of University policy and practice initiate and develop professional relationships with faculty staff, university services and other internal stakeholders and contribute positively to the team environment review processes regularly and makes suggestions to improve these where necessary.
