Manage and maintain key client relationships, contributing to the design, negotiation, and implementation of strategic improvements to the Fund’s insurance arrangements. Support strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders to achieve retention and profitability targets. Proactively address issues related to product, pricing, or service, escalating to the Client Lead when necessary. Identify opportunities for process, product, and service enhancements and play a key role in implementing improvements within the client portfolio. Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
