Position Overview:As a Client Relations Associate, you will play a vital role in driving client growth by helping expand the customer base for our clients — who are top leaders in the telecommunications industry — through opening new accounts and promoting wireless services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE CLIENT RELATIONS ASSOCIATE ROLE:

• Client Relations Associates proactively identify and engage potential customers in-person to grow the customer base by opening new wireless accounts for leading telecommunications companies.
• Drive sales performance by recommending wireless solutions that meet each customer’s unique needs.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction, from initial contact through account setup and beyond.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting offers, and closing sales with new account openings.
• Client Relations Associates consistently contribute to overall client growth by expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling wireless products and services.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of wireless products, promotions, and the competitive telecommunications landscape to effectively support sales efforts.
• Client Relations Associates follow up with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing loyalty and client growth.
