Key Responsibilities Conduct 80-100+ outbound cold calls per day in both English and Japanese Prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls. Qualify leads and book appointments for Account Executives. Manage leads effectively within CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Research target accounts and industries to personalise outreach. Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies. Track and report key metrics to improve performance. 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR or lead generation role (B2B SaaS experience is a plus). Business proficiency in both Japanese and English Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven ability to conduct effective outbound outreach (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach). Comfortable using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
