This position will drive cross-sell opportunities for IT Services and Process automation solutions, ensure compliance with panel agreements and contracts while staying informed on education sector trends, legislative changes and policy developments. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Education Account Managers, driving sales performance, consultative selling skills, and achievement of KPIs. Own and grow a portfolio of education accounts, while guiding the team to identify, qualify, and close new business across public and private education institutions. Develop deep knowledge of the education sector, staying across market trends, procurement frameworks, and policy changes to uncover new opportunities and ensure compliance. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing feedback, coaching, and strategic insights to ensure pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and team alignment with business goals. Help the marketing, solutions, and delivery teams to design campaigns, craft value propositions, and contribute to go-to-market strategies tailored for the education sector.
