The Senior Change Manager will lead the organizational change management (OCM) workstream for the company’s enterprise-wide ERP and process reengineering initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring stakeholders are aligned, employees are prepared, and the organization achieves successful adoption of new systems and processes. The Change Manager will design and execute change management strategies, drive communication and training efforts, and partner with executives, functional leaders, and project teams to minimize resistance and maximize engagement. The change manager’s goal is to drive faster adoption, higher utilization and proficiency of systems and process changes, that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work.
