As a Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as a creative force behind our brand presence, shaping and managing marketing efforts across digital and print platforms. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support brand development, customer engagement, and strategic marketing initiatives. Your contributions will drive our commercial success, whether designing compelling collateral, managing trade shows, or executing digital campaigns.

WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)

• Associates Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing efforts, including digital campaigns, collateral development, or trade show coordination.
• Working knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, email marketing, social media management, or design software)
• Experience with website management tools (e.g., WordPress), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms

What Will Put You Ahead

• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Working knowledge of SEO/SEM/AEO strategies.

For this role, we anticipate paying $55,000- $80,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.

• Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic B2B marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
• Manage the creation, design, and distribution of marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, case studies, sell sheets, trade show materials).
• Support digital marketing initiatives including website content management, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
• Coordinate and track campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop content, messaging, and tools that support business development.
• Assist in planning and executing events, and trade shows as needed.
• Ensure all marketing assets are on-brand, consistent, and aligned with the company’s strategy.
