Digital Marketing Program Manager  Location: Fort Wayne, IN  Level: Salaried  Division / Department: Marketing & Ecommerce / Marketing Programs  Reports to: Director of Marketing Programs  Travel: Up to 25%  About the Role:  The Digital Marketing Program Manager will be a key leader within our Marketing organization, responsible for developing and scaling a profitable, agency-style digital marketing program for Do it Best Group retailers. This role will create and manage a comprehensive, fee-based digital marketing offering that enables retailers to effectively execute lower-funnel and brand-building strategies across digital channels.  This individual will combine strategic vision, hands-on digital expertise, and strong business acumen to build a program that drives measurable ROI for retailers while contributing to company revenue growth.
